How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all orders over 75 EUR in Europe. A flat rate of 7 EUR will be charged for all orders under 75 EUR.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment we can only ship in Europe. If however you live outside of Europe, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do for you!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Local orders (Belgium) will be shipped within 7 business days and take 1-2 business days to be delivered.
International orders will also be shipped within 7 business days, but delivery time will depend on your location. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation mail with a tracking code when your order has left us.
Keep INMIND that your tracking information will only be available after the system has registered your order.

Returns & Refunds
Do you offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy?
We don’t have a free 30 day return policy. Why? Living in a society generally facing difficulties in making decisions or committing we would like to kindly inform you that INMIND currently does not work with free returns.
We try to keep traffic as low as possible to reduce our footprint on this home of ours. Think twice before you buy. You can find size charts on our website and when you have any questions regarding your size, don’t hesitate to contact us.
What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and how we messed up together with a picture of the item.
We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
How do I exchange a shirt for a different size?
It can always happen that you've picked the wrong size or want a looser fit.
At INMIND we surely understand this, so we will send you a different size on our behalf.
However, you have to pay the retour of your item yourself.
